The Presidential Library System is comprised of 15 Presidential Libraries documenting Presidents Herbert Hoover through Donald J. Trump.
Currently, the NARA is storing Trump's Presidential records at current NARA government locations. The NARA library is established by the Presidential Records Act and is independent of possible plans for a physical building under the Presidential Libraries Act.
The center will include a museum and library and is headed by the nonprofit Obama Foundation. The center's work includes digitizing the Barack Obama Presidential Library with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), to create the first fully digitized presidential library.
